Direct Printing (via QZ Tray)
Install QZ Tray once on this PC (free) and keep it running. Once connected, "Save & Print" will send the receipt straight to the printer below — no print dialog, just like Aronium's receipt printer.
Print Agent (run on the laptop connected to the printer)
Turn this ON only on the laptop that has QZ Tray + the printer. Set "Auto-print on Save" above to Print directly on this laptop. On the mobile/other devices, set "Auto-print on Save" to Send to laptop printer — bills billed there will jump this queue and print here automatically.

Staff Logins & Powers
Create a login for each staff member and choose exactly what they can see and do. Tick a box to grant that power, untick to remove it — takes effect on their next screen refresh.
